I’m an experienced marketing manager and I decided to set up a pet business marketing agency due to a big gap in the market. I was shocked by how little knowledge some so-called marketing “experts” have.
With no industry standard, anyone can set up claiming to be a marketing expert. Even the expensive marketing agencies are filled with people whose knowledge is minimal or non-existent. Using outdated or incorrect marketing tactics can negatively impact your business. For example, the use of SEO techniques in common practise as recently as a couple of years ago could now lead to your website being penalised by Google. This would cause a drastic drop down the search engine results rankings which could be disastrous.
So I realised that there is a gap in the market for an agency run by a well-qualified and experienced marketing manager to help small and medium UK businesses.
Passionate About Animals
I’m an animal lover myself. We own a smallholding with sheep and alpacas and I have been training dogs since I was 12. Combining my love of animals with my love of marketing to create a Pet Business Marketing Agency seemed like the obvious thing to do.

I have a degree from Cambridge University and I have extensive Chartered Institute of Marketing training. This includes the Professional Certificate in Marketing in 2012 and the Digital Marketing Diploma in 2015. I attend training and conferences on a regular basis and read extensively around the subject to ensure that my knowledge is up to date and accurate.
